Payment

We accept cash, checks, money orders, wire transfer, all major credit cards, and branded debit cards. We also accept some other discreet online payments from time to time. Checks take a minimum of 5 business days to clear. A minimum of $50 will be charged for dishonored or returned checks.

Returns/Cancellations

After making a purchase if you decide to cancel your order for any reason you will be charged a 3% return processing fee. If the item has already been pulled and prepared for shipping you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. If the item was shipped to you then returned the restocking fee is 25%. The customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns, and for shipments that are refused. We do not pay for return shipping nor refund original shipping costs unless we shipped you the wrong item.
Items damaged in shipping may be exchanged, or if insured, a refund may be issued consistent with the policy of the shipping carrier. Photos of the shipping box and of the damaged contents must be provided, and the damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt. The buyer must comply with the insurance claim process of the shipping carrier. PLEASE INSPECT ALL FIREARMS before completing the transfer process with your dealer. If the firearm has been transferred to you there are NO REFUNDS. The item is considered a pre-owned gun once the transfer is completed, regardless of whether you fire it or not.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer a store credit, or offer a refund less 25% restocking fee, based on the original method of payment. The product must be returned or shipped within 5 business days of the return request. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 25% restocking fee (totaling 40%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.

Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
3. NFA items after the start of transfer paperwork.
4. Firearms that have been fired or transferred through NICS.
5. Ammunition.
6. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.

NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and insure your package for the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.

Shipping

PLEASE ENSURE THAT FIREARMS ARE PLACED IN A SEPARATE ORDER FROM ACCESSORIES OR AMMO
FedEx standard shipping rates are used to calculate firearm shipping to your FFL transfer dealer - if you include accessories or ammo with firearms the calculated shipping charges may be very high.
Firearms shipping to a transfer dealer - Flat rate of $25 anywhere in the contiguous US. Extra charges will apply for shipments to HI, AK for any firearms that won't fit in a USPS flat-rate box. You will be contacted with a shipping quote after you check out for shipping to HI and AK regardless of the charge at checkout. If you do not agree to the shipping quote your order will be canceled and a refund issued. You may call or email us a request for 2nd day air or overnight shipping before ordering and we will email you a quote. After an order is placed the standard shipping methods cannot be changed.
Firearms ordered for pickup - $10 firearms handling/transfer service fee plus $2 NICS fee. Transfer fees may be discounted or waived for cash purchases directly from the shop rather than through the website.
Non-Firearms, Accessories - $15 Flat Rate shipping anywhere in the US. Each additional item may incur an additional charge of $2.00 depending on size and weight of item. Exact shipping charge is calculated at checkout. If you are purchasing small quantities please email us before placing the order and we may apply discounted shipping rather than the flat-rate if it will save you money.
Ammunition - $20 Flat Rate shipping anywhere in the contiguous US. Each additional item may incur an additional charge of $1.00 depending on size and weight of item. Exact shipping charge is calculated at checkout. If you are purchasing small quantities please email us before placing the order and we will apply discounted shipping rather than the flat-rate if it will save you money.

General Firearm Sales

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty as received from the manufacturer. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty issues.

Pre-Owned Firearms

The seller provides descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest to the best of our knowledge and based on the actual items being offered for sale. Pre-owned items will be marked as such, and the condition will be rated in accordance with industry standard definitions for Poor, Fair, Good, Very Good, Excellent, and Like New. Any known issues will be disclosed. If you have questions or concerns about a pre-owned item please contact us to ask about it, or to request additional photos. Photos will be provided when available. All sales on used items are final. All machine guns are considered used unless otherwise noted.

Ammunition Purchases

You must be 18 years or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 years or older to purchase handgun ammunition. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws to ensure compliance with local regulations.

Transfers

STANDARD TRANSFERS: WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING FIREARMS FOR NEW CUSTOMER TRANSFERS. DO NOT PURCHASE FIREARMS ONLINE FROM OTHER SELLERS AND ASK THEM TO SHIP TO US FOR TRANSFER TO YOU UNLESS YOU ARE A CURRENT CUSTOMER OR YOU CONTACT US TO CONFIRM WE WILL RECEIVE IT.

If you have already purchased a firearm and it is on its way to us we will do the transfer for you as follows:

Firearm transfers to VA residents incur a receiving/NICS fee of $30.00 for non- NFA items. If you make another purchase with the transfer, the fee will be discounted to $25.
Firearm transfers to non-VA residents (shotguns or rifles only) incur a receiving/NICS fee of $35.00. If you make another purchase with the transfer, the fee will be discounted to $30.
Transfer fees may be discounted or waived on purchases of multiple firearms in a single transaction. Transfer fees will not be discounted or waived on price-matched or discounted firearms.

Transferees must take the shipping boxes and packing materials for recycling. A $5 disposal fee will be applied if you do not take the box and packing materials with you when you pick up a transfer item.

NFA TRANSFERS: (National Firearms Act Items)
All NFA transfers will incur a receiving/transfer fee of $100 for any Machine Gun, Suppressor/Silencer, AOW (Any Other Weapon), Destructive Device, Short Barreled Shotgun or Short Barreled Rifle. Transfer fees may be discounted or waived on purchases direct from our shop - not for purchases through the website.

The Credit Card Billing Information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your credit card transaction. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction, nor are they stored on our server.

Online Price & Description Errors

Our online inventory changes every day. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to cancel any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that an order is canceled by us all monies collected will be refunded.

Price Matching

We will do our best to match prices for in-stock items found at other retailers. The items must be in-stock and immediately available from a competitor, and will include shipping, sales tax, and transfer fees. Price matching is not available for auction items unless there is a buy-it-now price. There is no guarantee that we will match a price, and we will not match any prices after a purchase has been completed.
