TRANSFERS
-The VIRGINIA location is ONLY accepting firearms for transfer customers who have previously purchased a firearm from us. If you are a new customer, DO NOT purchase firearms online from other sellers and ask them to ship to us for transfer to you.
-There is no change to the transfer policy at our Pennsylvania location.

PAYMENT BY CHECK
-If you mail us a check for payment there will be at least a 7-day hold from the time we receive it until your check is cleared.
SHIPPING TIME
-Orders for items that are not IN-STORE or marked "on the shelf today!" may take 7-14 days for delivery due to the high volume of orders. That delay is from our suppliers, not our local shops. We ship IN-STORE items 2x per week. Current shipping time for IN-STORE items is 3-5 days after the order is placed and your payment clears. Please DO NOT call to check on the status of shipping before 5 business days-it just slows us down. We are going as fast as we can!
SHIPPING CARRIERS
-USPS proved to be totally incompetent for parcel shipping. Fedex demands that firearm shipments be declared as such, and they are building a database of gun buyers, so we do not use them unless there is no other option. We ship all firearms to the lower 48 states by insured UPS which for $30 flat-rate. Tracking info will be emailed to you when your shipping label is printed.
